 The last memory location, 128, is missing from both export files (XML and
 CSV).  It looks like the export process probably has an off by one error,
 the export select dialog box only goes as high as 127.

 I verified that:
 1. Memory 128 was correctly download from the radio.
 2. It does get saved into the .img file -- tested by restarting chirp and
 loading the .img file.

 chirp 0.1.11 freshly pulled via hg 4/30/2011.
