 Using CHIRP 0.1.11 on Windows XP ---I have cloned the Wouxun UVD1P and
 exported it to a csv and i am trying to copy data from a different csv
 file taken from a YAESU FT-8900 to the CHIRP .CSV, I have made certain
 that the file formats are exactly the same.. i just keep getting the error
