 With version 0.1.11 (versions strings in ticket form have not yet been
 updated) when memories are exported to a chirp file, The following
 problems appear in the chirp file.

     1. longName attribute is truncated and is the same as shortName.

     2. bankId and bankIndex do not receive correct values. Instead python
 descriptions are inserted.

     3. Should digital code attribute be included in a D-Star memory?

     4. Bank names are not correct and get set to generic "Bank-A" values.
