 Doing a ICF file conversion for the 880 I am not getting the SKIP field to
 come in correctly.  Some are OK, but most are set to "P" where the were
 blank in the original.  If I edit the SKIP field in CHIRP the changes do
 not "stick". If you can't replicate it let me know and I will attach some
 data files & logs.
