 D-RATS working FB... moving over here :-)

 Saved some mems from my 2820 image to a csv.  Looks good in that format.
 (This 2820 image was obtained from an icf conversion)

 Imported said csv into my 880 image (read by CHIRP) and...

 1) all Tone mode are set to NONE

 2) ALMOST all of the minus (-) duplex cells are set to (none)The (+)
 offsets are OK
