 Hi Ted,

 The 91 and 92 require a different mode of communication.  Go to
 Radio->Connect to Radio-> IC9x.  Make sure the 92 is in band B with a DV
 channel selected.  You should see the memories populate in realtime and
 changes are instantaneous.

 Let me know if you get it working.
