 I opened the old file (with the incorrect frequencies), changed them to
 the correct frequencies and saved the file again.

 When I reopened the newly saved file, what you see above (in-line image)
 is the result - the wrong frequencies appear.

 They seem to go from 145.xxx down to 116.xxx for some reason.
