Comment:

 Fixed in changeset:559.  Note that I only had a U82 to test with, but I
 think it should apply to the V82 as well.  I think the problem is just
 that the radio's memory just had that flag already set on the channel you
 were opening and I wasn't clearing it.  This change forcibly clears that
 flag when you create a new memory channel, but shouldn't clear it on
 channels you're just editing.

 Also added memory erasing as it was missing from the icx8x driver (oops!)
