Hi all,

I just posted beta7 with these changes:

- Fix SaveAs after opening a fresh radio
- Augment the callsign lists when importing (for ID800 and IC2200H)
- Make import and export handle .csv files
- Add win32 installer generation

This represents the last of my milestones for the official 0.1.7
release.  Please chime in if you think this build is good for that, or
report bugs if not :)
