Beware that the bank stuff is likely to cause problems when moving
things between radios.  Moving between the 2820 and a 9x should be
pretty safe, I think, but the differing number of banks on an 800 will
break things.  I just need to make the import process able to handle
these discrepancies by asking the user what to do.  I just haven't had a
chance to do it yet.
