If if you aren't creating a patch for an existing issue, you will have to create one for your patch.<br>
<br></div><div class="gmail_extra">So what you can do is create a new issue. It will be assigned an issue number. Then you can use the following command to edit the commit message.<br><br></div><div class="gmail_extra">% hg qrefresh -e<br>
