OK, I looked for this in the help and FAQ, but did not find it.
That surprised me, because I thought it would be a prior issue.<br>

A few years ago, I found a Radio Shack cable that worked with Icom
radios in CI-V mode. Only problem is, it requires DTR on and RTS <b>off</b>
(and works that way with Ham Radio Deluxe). Is there a way to
configure RTS to stay off, when communicating with certain RS-23s
ports?<br>
