[chirp_devel] CHIRP Repository Not Up-to-Date

Hi Jim,
It gets stranger. I checked the GitHub repo to see if it has the same issue
or if it is up to date. That repo has 2 of your commits from Feb 1 for the
FRS-B1, so it is more up to date than the one you're looking at, but it
also does not include the Mar 7 commits you refer to.

Definitely something strange going on.
