[chirp_devel] Cross mode in CSV

I have not been able to find where the cross mode is written and read from CSV.  How do radios that support cross modes like ->Tone use CSV to represent that setting?  I've found that I can setup a memory for ->Tone using the GUI, but if I export and re-import, it loses the cross mode.
