[chirp_devel] Missing 'Radio' Menu Tab

Has anyone ever seen this?
A user from Portugal installed the Jan 07 download... but the 'Radio" 
menu tab is blank/missing???
I have asked him to update to the Feb 12 version. We will see what happens.
