[chirp_devel] Getting (Re)started

The last few years have been a little… distracting but I’m anxious to get back to chirp.  I did some work on the Icom IC-7000 driver in the past.  So:

How do I install python-libxslt1, python-gtk2, python-serial, and  python-suds on Ubuntu Focal?
Should I be looking at the Python 3 branch instead?
