Attached is a fresh version of the patch adding tested support for:
* Midland DBR2500
* Retevis RT95
* CRT Micron UV

Supported features
* Read and write memory access for 200 normal memories
* CTCSS and DTCS for transmit and receive
* Scan list
* Tx off
* Duplex (+ve, -ve, odd, and off splits)
* Transmit power
* Channel width (25kHz and 12.5kHz)
* Retevis RT95, CRT Micron UV, and Midland DBR2500 radios

Unsupported features (known unknowns...)
* VFO1, VFO2, and TRF memories
* custom CTCSS tones
* Full range of frequencies for tx and rx (limited to 144-148MHz and
  430-450MHz
* Band setting identification from radio
* Any non-memory radio settings
* Reverse, talkaround, scramble
* busy channel lock out
* probably other things too - like things encoded by the unknown bits in the
  memory struct

The test images haven't changed, but attached again for convenience.
