The procedure is really me re-figuring out how to do it and making a few tweaks to the build process. I'm in a bit of a spot right now with the py3 stuff and haven't figured out how (when) the translation stuff is going to dovetail with that work. It's going to make most of what we have irrelevant right now.

So yeah, thanks for finding those, but I'm going to punt for the moment.
