[chirp_devel] frequecy restrictions for specific memories?

Several of the special memories on the FT-4 are supposed to be restricted
to specific bands: e.g, "HOME UHF"  is supposed to have a UHF frequency.
Is there a way to
enforce this restriction in the UI? If not, is there a simple way to
enforce this in the driver?
