[chirp_devel] [PATCH] [th350] Enable programming all 128 channels

Hi list,

Attached is a patch that allows all of the 128 channels on the TH-350
to be programmed. This is a big oversight as it's right there on the
box, but I missed that and the official programmer shows 99 channels
as well. It's tested to be working on my TH-350. I'd like to thank
Greg on PAPA System for the note.
