[chirp_devel] Virus on chirp download

I had the latest daily build give Windows 10 malware scanner a very hard
time. It would never finish a scan. I just dumped the scan and installed
CHIRP.
I only use Windows to program my Wouxun triband handheld as it's not
supported by CHIRP.
