Ticket #1947 is the number.
I worked for IC-P7 (JP model) but that ticket is for IC-P7A (US model),
maybe no problem.

I am testing CHIRP on OpenBSD-6.0/amd64. I found a PC->TRX data
transmision problem, and the issue be opened on bug tracking system.
