[chirp_devel] Help with a driver (BF-T1)

Hi,

Some of you may have noticed my efforts in supporting the Baofeng BF-T1
radio by the flow of posts in the issue page
[https://chirp.danplanet.com/issues/4933], I decided to take that radio
as all the evidence point that may be trivial to implement, but practice
- as always - proven it otherwise.

I don't have the radio in my hands (yes I now that it will be very
difficult in this way... but I haven't a project to spend time in this
winter season ;) ) at a glance the comm protocol seemed trivial as also
the mem layout, but then the radio refused to talk back to the PC after
it entered program mode and exchange its ID and make a handshake.

Can any of you take a peek in the tread details and suggest any new
curse of action, test it or even help me in a direct way?

PS: the .spm files are made with "Eltima Serial Monitor software" and
are the most detailed source of relevant info, .pcap files are
USB<>Serial protocol capture and can be reviewed with the software
"wireshark".
