OK. It appears that the RT21 driver does not have detection for the
image so I assume CHIRP then resorts to a default check which is
likely a file length which the RT26 image would match.

The fix, I believe, would be to add better checking to the RT21
driver. How would be the best way to go about doing that? Update the
RT21 driver and then resubmit the RT26 driver?
