[chirp_devel] How does the Supported Radio list get updated?

Sounds like a great idea to me. Guessing lots of people use that Wiki page
to gauge if they should try using CHIRP or not. Looks like we have a
couple of places to keep up-to-date. Automating it makes sure all the data
is consistent.
