[chirp_devel] Build test results: Failure

Yeah, looks like the support matrix failed:

This isn't in the logs, but you'd see it if you run it locally:

Just do:

 ./share/make_supported.py > supported.html

and you should see the failure. You just need to make your
get_features() method not crash if there is no mmap. In that case, just
return defaults for one of the bands or something (or maybe all possible
bands or something like that).
