[chirp_devel] Fwd: [chirp_users] Chirp/Yosemite 10.10.5

I hear this story often. 

It would be helpful for CHIRP to display a message at launch indicating that the user should connect & download from the radio to proceed. 
Such a message could help reduce tech support requests, especially from first time users.
