[chirp_devel] Help with New KYD NC-630A Driver

All,

I got access to this radio and thought I would see if I had it in me to
develop a driver for it. To my surprise, I was able to patch something
together that appears to work.

I do have 1 lingering issue that I have not been able to solve. The "Skip"
setting is inverted compared to the OEM software. Nothing that I have done
so far has been able to 'flip' it.

I would appreciate some advice for additional things to try. Attached is
the patch for the new driver and an image with various "Skip" settings.
Specifically channels 5-8 and 13-16 should have "Skip" set to "S" and the
remaining channels set to "".

Thanks in advance,
Jim KC9HI
