OK. I wasn't sure what I was looking at. I renamed my config file and when
I saw the setting was the way I wanted I thought I found what I needed to
change.

You are absolutely right, we don't want to change an already existing
setting, we only want to establish a default if it has never been set.

Thanks for walking me through this. I will take a close look at this after
work and submit another patch.
