[chirp_devel] New user here - TS-2000 support

I installed python (32 bit. 64 bit doesn't work with the XML library),
pywin32, pygtk, the XML library, and the serial library all on my system.

I'm guessing I need to run mainapp.py in the chirpui directory, but I'm
getting an error when I do so:

am I missing something?
