[chirp_devel] Support for older Kenwood TM-2x1a (was Re: Kenwood TM-281a works, too)

Anyone know how far back serial programming capability goes in the Kenwood TM-2x1a line?
I'm winding up with an old TM-231a as a backup rig. It looks like there are serial pins
on the mic connector but I don't see much info about it. I don't have the radio yet.
From some probing/fuzzing N9XLC was doing it looks like at least the TM-241a has a bit of
an async. serial interface as well as possibly a synchronous serial mode to work
with the remote controls kenwood made at the time. The TM-231a manuals mentions the availability
of the remotes too.
