The radio self-destructs after an unsuccessful clone. The entire memory 
contents are transferred, which means once the clone process is fixed, 
you won't see a reset of the other settings (of course).

It should/will after a successful clone and a graceful exit.

Yes, we need to fix that, and for Rick as well for the VX-3 driver.
