Add ft817nd in directory.py and you are done

I don't have time to work on it today ...
Please note:
- flags structure has to be investigated, it seems there are two copies 
in memory
- clone_in is supposed to work
- get_memory is supposed to work but need to support more details (eg. 
the narrow modes)
- clone_out, set_memory and validate_memory has not been done yet
