[chirp_devel] Yaesu FT-270 and FT-277 Investigation

Running the attached script I was able to extract data from my Yaesu FT270R
and 277R.  Both radios use a protocol similar to the VX series of radios.
Connecting at 9600bps the radio first transmits an 8byte radio id.  The
radio listens for an ACK of "\x06" and then sends a 32byte block of data.  A
total of 190 blocks of data are sent in succession each ACK'd by "\x06".
