[chirp_devel] FT-60 write failure

Just to be clear, I borrowed one for about a week when I first wrote the 
driver. So I did many (many) writes successfully to it during that time. 
I also recently programmed a bunch of radios in my group for people to a 
standard plan, of which three were FT-60s. However, on all of them, I 
had to exert force on the plug to get the clone to finish.
