We know the layout for the VX-6 and VX-8, both bank names and bank 
membership. For the VX-3, we know where the names are, but not the 
members. For the FT-7800, we know the memory layout for bank membership, 
names can't be changed.

We've got code to read all of this. I think I've sent you all of it, but 
I'm attaching a refreshed patch.
