[chirp_devel] [PATCH] Detect all OS X serial ports, not just FTDI serial ports.

This bug was mentioned last week in
http://intrepid.danplanet.com/pipermail/chirp_users/2011-April/000744.html.
I noticed that it had not been fixed as of last night's daily build,
so here's a patch.

The problem is that chirp was only looking for /dev/cu.usbser*. The OS
X FTDI driver puts devices at /dev/cu.usbserial*, but other drivers
use different names, such as /dev/cu.pl2303*, /dev/cu.SLAB_USBtoUART,
etc.

I have not fixed the other bug mentioned in that archive message
(chirp not detecting returned ID properly when returned by TH-D72 in
OS X).
